Proven management teams can significantly grow their businesses when backed by strategic funding.  We bring in investors to recapitalize the "portfolio business" and then fund "add-on" acquisitions of competitors and logical extensions to the existing business.   These transactions allow the founder to take cash out of his business and continue to run the company as he had in the past. At the same time, he gains a trusted financial partner to fund an aggressive growth program often leading to a major equity event E.g. IPO.  Our fee is paid by the investor.

Business owners often have the majority of their net worth in a valuable but illiquid asset -- their company.  We arrange for a trusted financial partner to support the founder in recapitalizing his company allowing the owner to take cash out of the business, maintain control, and gain a deep-pocketed financial partner providing growth capital.  Our fee is paid by the investor.   

Under appreciated and non-strategic assets exist throughout Corporate America.  We run an auction process bringing in the best offers for the management team assigned to spinning out the asset.  Often, the management team will receive twenty percent of the NewCo's equity along with substantial upside based on future performance.  Our fee is paid by the investor. 

Owners often build their businesses with the pleasure of family member involvement.  We bring in a financial partner to back the second or third generation in buying the company from its first generation owner. The structure allows the retiring family members to take cash out of the business, while also permitting the operating family members to retain significant ownership and operating control.  Our fee is paid by the investor
